Edward Sexton, also known to me as "My Favourite Tailor," presents an instructional on the four-in-hand, the only tie knot that connotes an unfussy mind when it comes to necktie styling. His dummy's name is Ben Fogle, reporting for NBC as part of a piece on morning dress:

Can you believe that all this time I have been tying a half-windsor, I have been under the impression that it is a four-in-hand. It's time I leanrt how to tie the latter knot, especially because I appreciate its aesthetic.
Thanks for a push in the right direction.
I'm glad to have been of service. Messrs Sexton and Sebag-Montefiore are planning to intoroduce more of these tips onto the Edward Sexton sight itself, which I fully support them in doing
